Valeazy recognizes and respects the importance of maintaining the accuracy, security, and privacy of cell phone numbers and other personal data collected in connection with the use of our Valeazy system. Your trust and confidence are important to us. This Privacy Policy is a statement of our guidelines and practices with respect to the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of personal information collected through the use of these three systems.

Any personal information collected is provided by you or obtained by us with your permission. We use this information solely for the operation of the Valeazy system and never sell or make information public. This information includes:

• Cellular      phone number – masked for privacy purposes
• Name
• Vehicle      information including make & model
• Email      address

We disclose personal information provided to us only to our clients and the venues using our products and only for accounting purposes.  Our products mask and/or encode personally identifiable information so that it may not be exported or inadvertently disclosed during operation of the system by the valets.  Personal information collected is securely stored by Valeazy. and is not exportable to valet providers or employees.  They may view this information in case they must contact you for any reason. 

We use personal information for the operation of the Valeazy system. Text messages, and an optional text ad may be delivered during the time the vehicle is parked, but not after the vehicle has been returned.

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.

 We may use third-party Service Providers to monitor and analyze the use of our Service.

 Google Analytics is a web analytics service offered by Google that tracks and reports website traffic. Google uses the data collected to track and monitor the use of our Service. This data is shared with other Google services. Google may use the collected data to contextualize and personalize the ads of its own advertising network.

You can opt-out of having made your activity on the Service available to Google Analytics by installing the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. The add-on prevents the Google Analytics JavaScript (ga.js, analytics.js and dc.js) from sharing information with Google Analytics about visits activity.

Our Service may contain links to other sites that are not operated by us. If you click a third party link, you will be directed to that third party’s site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of every site you visit.

We utilize reasonable and appropriate protections and procedural safeguards to ensure that personal information in our care is not misused or accessed without authorization. Personal information is stored on the platforms of our service providers with access restricted to those employees or contractors who have a need for such access to perform a legitimate business function relating to our services, for maintenance and/or related issues. In the event a security breach is detected and data could be compromised, all passwords will be locked and the Development Manager contacted to re-instate them.

As our business continues to grow, we may acquire or sell a business. With such a transaction, customer information is generally one of the transferred assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Policy. In the event that Valeazy is acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Valeazy valet management system and related services (the “Service”) operated by Valeazy (“Valeazy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from Valeazy, you consent to receive SMS text messages related to your use of the Valeazy service. These messages may include service-related notifications such as digital valet ticket confirmations, vehicle request notifications, payment links for valet services, and other operational updates regarding your valet service.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with the Valeazy service.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from Valeazy. After you send the STOP message, we will send you a confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you re-enroll.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Valeazy is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier as a result of receiving SMS messages.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; This information will not be shared with any third parties.

Valeazy provides a valet management software platform designed to facilitate vehicle check-in, vehicle tracking, communication between valets and customers, and related operational services for participating venues and clients.

Valeazy acts as a technology service provider and does not directly provide valet parking services unless otherwise specified by contract.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.
• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

To use the Service, you may be required to provide:

• Name
• Cellular phone number
• Vehicle information (make and model)
• Email address

You consent to receiving transactional text messages related to your vehicle while it is parked. These messages may include:

• Vehicle status updates
• Retrieval confirmations
• Optional promotional text content during the time your vehicle is parked

Messages will not be sent after the vehicle has been returned.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

You may opt out of promotional messages where applicable by following the instructions provided in the message.

Valeazy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service solely for its intended purpose.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, copy, or modify the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with the security or operation of the Service

Valeazy provides software services only. The actual valet parking services are performed by independent valet operators and venues.

Valeazy is not responsible for:

• Damage to vehicles
• Theft or loss of property
• Personal injury
• Actions or omissions of valet providers or venue operators

All claims relating to parking services must be directed to the valet provider or venue.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Valeazy:

• Masks and encodes personally identifiable information within the system
• Restricts export of personal information
• Limits access to authorized personnel only
• Uses reasonable security safeguards

We do not sell personal information.

Valeazy may use third-party service providers to operate and analyze the Service, including but not limited to:

• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics providers such as Google Analytics

We are not responsible for third-party websites or services linked from our platform.

We strive to maintain continuous system availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

Valeazy may suspend or modify the Service at any time for:

• Maintenance
• Updates
• Security reasons
• Operational improvements

All content, software, design, trademarks, logos, and system functionality are the exclusive property of Valeazy or its licensors.

No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Valeazy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of data
• Loss of profits
• Vehicle damage
• Service interruptions

Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid (if any) for use of the Service in connection with the specific incident.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valeazy, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Claims related to valet or parking services

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if:

• You violate these Terms
• We detect misuse or security concerns
• Required by law

In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, customer information may be transferred as part of the transaction, subject to applicable privacy commitments.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois without regard to conflict of law principles.
